LWC LifeGroups

Connect
LifeGroups are a place at Living Word where relationships happen. It's hard to go to a Saturday evening or Sunday morning service and connect with other Christians. In a smaller, more intimate setting it is easy to make friendships with others in church and develop life-long friendships.

Grow
The Bible talks specifically about how Christian friendships help us grow closer to God. "Perfume and incense bring joy to the heart, and the pleasantness of one's friend springs from his earnest counsel," says Solomon in Proverbs. Through monthly meetings of study and fellowship, LifeGroups help you grow toward maturity in your Christian walk.

Serve
When you are being filled, the Bible tells us to give of ourselves to others. LifeGroups are a place where you can serve others. Maybe it is by bringing someone in your LifeGroup a meal when they're sick. Maybe it's inviting someone to a LifeGroup who has never before stepped foot in church. Whatever the ministry or need, being involved in a LifeGroup will help you learn how you can serve others in your own community.
